Shipping & Returns

Your order will be shipped by Australia Post. The details you provide us when you order (phone number, email address) will be shared with Australia Post once delivery is confirmed to allow them to contact you if required. 

Important shipping information

Our PURE Cherry Juice does not need to be refridgerated until it is opened; however in times of extreme heat we do not recommend leaving your delivery outside for extended periods. You will be notified when delivery is taking place so you can ensure no damage occurs. 

For the sake of a seamless delivery process, we emphasise the importance of including all delivery instructions (e.g. point of contact, delivery address, or any special delivery requests) upon checkout.

Handling Time
We aim to dispatch orders the next working day after an order is received, but generally ask to allow 2 business days for orders to be dispatched. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Upon despatch, you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number.

We ship from our Yarra Valley office, based an hour outside Melbourne. 

How much does shipping cost?
Currently we offer FREE SHIPPING across Australia. This offer is limited and we will update our information once the promotional period ends. 

Do you ship globally?
We currently ship throughout Australia. For all international or wholesale orders please contact sales@cherryhill.com.au

How long will my order take to arrive?
Once dispatched, domestic orders (within Australia) will take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days, and up to 10 business days if you’re regional. 

Can I do Click & Collect?
We do not currently allow direct pick up or click and collect. If you have an urgent request or special circumstances please email info@cherryhill.com.au with your details.

Do you offer returns?
If your product arrived damaged or faulty, please submit a return request info@cherryhill.com.au outlining the primary reason for the return. This must be submitted within 1 day of receiving your product with the sales invoice included in the package.
